If you know what change you want and are ready to start today, this program is for you. This program is one month and includes four one-on-one sessions as well as daily accountability check-ins (text or call).
Get a little off track? No problem, this is a two-week version of the Action Phase. Two one-on-one sessions and daily accountability check-ins (text or call).
