Stages of Change Coaching Programs

Coaching focused around specific behavioral changes. I have successfully coached individuals in fitness, weight loss, routine implementation, social anxiety, addiction and emotional regulation.

Preparation Phase

If you know you need a change but need time to explore the what, why and how before diving in, this program is for you. This program includes 4 sessions to be used within 60 days.

Action Phase

For those who know what they want and are ready to get going! This program is one month and includes 4 sessions as well as daily accountability check-ins (text or call).

Maintenance Phase

Get a little off track? No problem, this is a two-week version of the Action Phase. 2 sessions and daily accountability check-ins (text or call).

Single Session

Book a session anytime for a general check-in or to seek guidance around a particular issue.
