Zen Workshops provide an immersive experience into the core principles of Zen Buddhism. Participants will explore various Zen practices, philosophy, and ways to integrate these teachings into daily life. These workshops are designed to help individuals cultivate a deeper sense of peace and awareness.
These sessions provide participants an opportunity to improve themselves in a supportive environment. Participants will set goals, report back, and discuss successes and barriers. These sessions may also include a brief meditation and discussion topic.
